You’ll have to be more specific than that.
The thing is, at least for most help, you’ll want to treat it as what the classifieds section used to do in the old forums, which is, to find paid work, or depending maybe you might find people to help you for free.
Either way, you need to give more details than this. You have to be specific what are the terms under which the work will be done (even things like what sort of licensing you’re looking for, like, if the person will still own the assets, if they do any, or if you look for exclusivity, that tends to cost more). Be more detailed on what doing “animations and tileset creation” means, if that work includes the textures, or just setting things up in editor.
Lastly, how much work are we talking about. Preferably how many animations, how many tilesets, hopefully what artstyle, etc. The more details you feel comfortable with giving, the better. And if you’re offering compensation, which btw you also should plan what’s your budget.
If someone is interested, you can ask them to talk with you on private on DMs and such, for the details you’re not comfortable with sharing.
Also, small extra advice: I know we all love to assume good faith, but just in case, before anything, ask for their previous work, just to do a bit of snooping. Portfolio and such. Check on their past work, see if it fits what you’re looking for and so on. Always good so you both can be better aligned.
