Need help with retrieving download links after purchase.

I’ll keep it short.

I deleted my purchases links because my dumb*ss thought I won’t need them anymore. Then, I changed my PC, and I can’t redownload my engine anymore.

I need a staff help, but I waited for 4 days and no response from the customer service email.

I’m not staff but just in case, if you bought them through Komodo/Degica, I think you can still ask them through their customer support.

Hope you can figure it out.
