I have released “Windowset Builder,” a tool for RPG Maker MZ.
Windowset Builder is an all-in-one tool for managing window skins and UI adjustments.
We plan to improve and expand features through updates, so please feel free to share any feature requests or areas where you think improvements could be made.
So I bought this tool and it looks great. My only issue is that my game uses 6 battlers and I this tool only seems to allow 4. Is there a way to change it to 6?
Related to this, it would be great if this can support creating a battle UI that’s laid out more like how MV was, where the party members are stacked vertically in a list instead of being shown horizontally side-by-side.
Note: I’m saying this before actually trying the tool, so maybe it can already do that.
We will consider addressing your requests in a future update:
• Support for layouts with five or more characters
• Display party members in a vertical list, with menu commands displayed horizontally
Thank you for your continued support since the days of the old Tsukuru Store.
There is currently no planned release date for a digital download version.
If a digital download version is released, it will be distributed via Steam keys.
For purchases made at the old Tsukuru Store, please check the confirmation email you received after purchase, which contains the Steam key for RPG Maker MZ. Please install the Steam version of RPG Maker MZ, and then consider when to purchase Windowet Builder.
I purchased the “Windowset Builder” tool.
While you can customize the gauge shapes for “HP”, “MP”, and “TP” in battles,
I would like to be able to customize the “Time Progress Gauge” as well.
I am using Time Progress, but the design differs from the other three gauges, which creates a sense of incongruity.
Thank you for your question.
Based on my verification using the VisuMZ_Sample_Game_Project, here are the details:
Window skin decorations and window animations can be used in conjunction with VisuStella.
In case of conflicting features, VisuStella takes precedence.
The preview in Windowset Builder may not match perfectly.
Since VisuStella is quite large, there are untested combinations with other plugins and layout options, which may result in minor display discrepancies.
Thank you for the update!
It’s great that you can now change the color and position.
If possible, we would appreciate it if you could consider updating the time progress gauge in the future to also allow shape variations such as “diagonal bar,” “circle,” and “capsule.”
