There are 1,165 sounds so far, with a new one every day. For an RPG Maker game there are menu taps and error buzzers, pickup and level-up chimes, a treasure chest sound, 8-bit sword swipes, a magic poof, hits and explosions, footsteps on stone, doors, horror stingers, animals, rain and other ambience. Each sound has its own page where you can preview it in the browser and download it, with no account and no download limit.
They’re free to use in commercial games. Credit is appreciated but not required; just don’t re-upload or sell the raw files as a sound pack. License: Sound License — Free for Personal & Commercial Use | DailySounds
The downloads are MP3, and RPG Maker MZ/MV play sound effects from .ogg files, so convert them first. With Audacity (free):
- Open the MP3 (File > Open).
- File > Export Audio, pick “Ogg Vorbis Files” as the format and save it in your project’s
audio/sefolder. - It now shows up in the Play SE event command and in the Database’s sound effect list (System tab in MV, System 1 in MZ).
For a whole folder at once, ffmpeg does the same from a Windows command prompt opened in that folder:

MV only: on phones and tablets MV plays .m4a instead of .ogg, so a mobile build also needs an .m4a copy of each sound with the same name.

商用のゲームにも無料で使えます。クレジット表記は任意です。素材ファイルそのものの再配布・販売はできません（ライセンスも上のリンクにあります）。
ダウンロードはMP3なので、ツクールMZ/MVで使うときはOGGに変換してください。Audacity（無料）の場合：
- MP3を開く（ファイル > 開く）
- ファイル > 書き出し（Export Audio）で形式「Ogg Vorbis」を選び、プロジェクトの
audio/seフォルダに保存 - イベントコマンド「SEの演奏」や、データベースの効果音（MVは「システム」、MZは「システム1」）で選べるようになります
まとめて変換するときは、上の ffmpeg のコマンドも使えます。MVでスマホ向けに出力する場合は、同じ名前の .m4a ファイルも必要です。
