Inscribe is an RPG Maker MZ plugin that replaces the stock name entry grid. The name is written onto an object, such as a guest register signed in ink, carved stone, stamped travel papers, a typed form, a traced sigil or a headstone. Keyboards, gamepads, mice and touch screens all work. The same scene can ask riddle questions and check the reply against the answers you accept, forgiving case, spacing and a typo or two. The result goes to a switch and the typed text to a variable. It extends three core methods through saved prototype extension and replaces none. Code and art were made with AI. The price is $7.99.
