I’m using LL_variablewindow in my project for showing the player’s score during the gameplay. I would like to give the game a ending screen where I can show the final score and the duration of the gameplay. Is it possible?
Yes, I think you can do this with events, no extra plugin needed.
When the game ends, use Control Variables with Game Data > Other > Play Time to save the play time into a new variable. That gives you the time in seconds. To show it as minutes and seconds, copy it into two more variables, then Div one by 60 and Mod the other by 60. Then on your ending map a Show Text like this could show everything (just swap in your own variable numbers):
Final Score: \V[1]
Time: \V[3] min \V[4] sec
You could also point LL_VariableWindow at those variables on the ending map, if you want them to look like your score window during gameplay.
