Pennant is an RPG Maker MZ plugin for a capture the flag minigame. Your party plays against rival actors or database troops on a field drawn by the plugin. Tag a raider in your half to send them to your pen, carry the enemy banner home to score, and rescue captured teammates under a truce flag.
Each player gets field abilities from skills it already knows. A physical single target skill becomes a sprint, a magic one freezes the nearest opponent, and a healing skill speeds up nearby teammates. Players are drawn from their side view battler sheets, so there is no new art to make.
The code was written with AI tools and tested in the engine. It costs $9.99, and $6.99 in the itch Halloween sale until 4 November 18:00 UTC.
