How to configure translations for other languages
1.When creating a topic, select the language you are posting in from 
, then publish the topic.
2.Next, click the “…” menu and choose → “+Add new translation.”
3.Select a language from and save. This will allow users in other languages to view the translated content.
You can verify the localized display by switching the language in User Preferences → Interface.
