I’ll use this post as two reports at once.
Firstly, we do not have a category to report bug for the forum, or discuss improvements about it.It might be useful to regroup general questions for the forum use without being specific to RPG Maker or Action Game Maker.
Secondly, I landed on a post deleted by its author, but the message indicating that it was deleted by its author remained in japanese. Here’s what it looked like on my computer, language set to English.
Tangentially related: the button to toggle viewing posts as translated or not disappeared at some point and is no longer available to me. I don’t know if this is a bug or something in my settings.
What I inferred while looking at the site was that it appeared to display only when you’re currently at a translated text. If your right bar says your current post is not in your current language, I think it doesn’t show.
Something like that, I’m still not sure tbh.
As for site, yeah I think in general there’s no way to ask for support here. Is there a private support channel? I’m having a blank right now but I feel that previously mods had mentioned ways to contact them (I don’t remember at what post tho). But I think yeah those are private channels, they’re not for community debate.
Another option is to use the suggestions thread mods opened. That one is for site-related suggestions IIRC.
Previously it would only pop up when I look at a post that’s actually in Japanese (or Chinese). Now I don’t see it at all.
Note: I configured my settings to show the original language by default. But it was still working after I did that; now it’s not.
