slight suggestion on emails?

Emails do not auto translate unlike the forums here, so I was wondering if at least the email header could be sent out in the chosen language of the site? There’s been 2 sent to me already that I disregarded as spam due to the language being one I can’t read. (Yes I know the “sender” is in English but sometimes I’m skimming my emails for important updates and think it’s spam)

If that’s not possible no worries, just a suggestion to avoid thinking it’s spam.

THOUGH while I have you here: When a person deletes something it shows up in Japanese when it’s not the selected language

That one you got is the summary (要約), I got one today too, and was thinking a similar thing. At least when I actually open it in Gmail it gave me the option to translate it, but before that yeah… I was very confused haha.

One thing I notice however, is that the summary thing seems to not be covered by the auto translate. The summary includes things like excerpts from new threads and such. In the email itself some seem to be in Japanese while others are in English. So it’s definitely building the email using the original posts. Who knows if that can be tweaked.

No idea why the “post removed” message never gets translated though when most other things do.
