I want to have it so that some weapons and armor pieces can neither be discarded nor sold, but can still be stored inside some kind of equipment box. Said equipment box is found in the player’s hideout, save points and some shops like convenience stores. As a rule of thumb, gear that is only gotten once, like from a story milestone or a sidequest, can neither be discarded nor sold, but gear that can be gotten indefinitely, like from shops or prize exchanges, can.
Taking “Yakuza Kiwami 2” as an example, there is a piece of gear called the Heavenly Beasts Bracelet, which increases all stats and protects against all status ailments. Since you get it from a sidequest, you can neither discard nor sell it. It is, however, further divided into four more pieces of gear:
- The Suzaku Bracelet in red, which prevents burns and increases Attack.
- The Seiryu Bracelet in blue, which prevents paralysis and increases the Heat Gauge.
- The Genbu Bracelet in green, which prevents getting blinded and increases Defense.
- The Byakko Bracelet in white, which prevents getting stunned and increases Health.
Unlike the Heavenly Beasts Bracelet, these four individual bracelets can be discarded and sold, as you can buy them indefinitely from Don Quijote once you enter the final chapter and the post-game.
In case that’s of any help, I have all Visustella cores, but I’m willing to use more of their plugins if need be, but only from the 8 Waves Bundle.

- 「朱雀の腕輪」（赤）：火傷を防ぎ、攻撃力を上昇させる。
- 「青龍の腕輪」（青）：麻痺を防ぎ、ヒートゲージを上昇させる。
- 「玄武の腕輪」（緑）：目潰し（暗闇）を防ぎ、防御力を上昇させる。
- 「白虎の腕輪」（白）：気絶（スタン）を防ぎ、体力を上昇させる。
これら4つの個別の腕輪は「四神の腕輪」とは異なり、破棄や売却が可能です。というのも、最終章やクリア後の段階になれば「ドン・キホーテ」で無制限に購入できるからです。
