Use this board when you want to know how to do something in U2U, need help understanding a tool or workflow, or are unsure how to set something up. If you have found behavior that appears to be broken rather than a how-to problem, please use Bug Reports instead.
How to ask for help?
- Write a short, descriptive title. For example: “How do I import custom map assets?” is easier to answer and search for later than “Please help.”
- What you are trying to do.
- Where you are getting stuck, including the tool, screen, or step you are working with.
- What you expected to happen and what happened instead, if that helps explain the problem.
- Your U2U or demo build/version, when relevant. In the P2D Map Editor, click Help to find the build/version information.
- Your operating environment, when the question may depend on it.
- Screenshots, exact error text, or a short example if they make the question easier to understand. Videos are even better.
- Anything you already tried, so people do not send you through the same steps again.
