When reporting an error, please follow the guidelines in this template. This helps accurately identify the issue so developers can fix it faster.
- Write a descriptive issue title
- Always create a separate post (topic) for each bug. If you find multiple errors and wish to report them, ensure you create a new post for each one.
- Please always check if your issue can be reproduced in the latest version

Some issues only appear in the latest version, while older versions work fine. In such cases, mark the version that works.
