When firing a projectile with graphics that have left and right directions, I’m using the right-facing graphic for creation, so the right direction works fine. However, when firing to the left, it initially displays facing right, then switches to the left-facing graphic once it starts moving. Even when making the projectile a child object and inheriting the display direction from the parent object, the issue remains. Is there any way to improve this?
How is the animation configured?
Would it be possible to see the images of the animation set?
Hello,
Regarding the images for the animation set, is this the section you are referring to?
It is an animation similar to the Ki blasts from Dragon Ball.
I tested it locally, and as shown above, left and right are set as the display directions. If the animation has “Auto Y-axis flip” enabled as the start action, it displayed correctly regardless of the initial orientation.
The animation set settings are as described above.
Does the “start animation” that was fired on the left also face left correctly?
When flying to the left, it normally faces left, but at the start, it faces right instead…
Yes, I tried it, but the initial animation is also facing left.
Could it be that the display direction in the state is set to the right?

Thank you for your continued support.
No, all states are set to “Display Direction: None.”
I created two new bullets, Bullet 1 and Bullet 2, and colored Bullet 1 red.
Although I am actually firing the white Bullet 2, somehow, whether firing to the right or to the left, the very first frame appears to be the red Bullet 1.
I believe this is because the animation’s Frame 0 is being displayed initially.
Could there be a mistake in my settings?
If possible, could you please provide the data via some file-sharing service?
Thank you for your continued support.
I just sent you a direct message. As this is my first time sending a message, please let me know if it did not reach you successfully.
Confirmed!
Indeed, it becomes slightly visible when firing in reverse…
It seems like a bug, so I will report it to the development team!
Thank you for your continued support.
Since frame 0 graphics appear on the first frame not only for the flipped direction but also for the forward direction, we would appreciate it if you could provide information for both.
