Dev’s update: I have also reworked the Tool and the Oil Lamp UI, and they look much cleaner now. Also, they have been moved to a group called “Utilities”, which contains all the items that help you interact with other objects or interact with yourself.
Also, I have found a performance issue on the Quest Tracker if you are playing on a low-end device (2-core CPU or lower). This will be fixed and optimized on the next update
New Version Announcement: Update 0.0.5 is now available. This update only focuses on the UI changes in the Map scene. Highlighted changes:
- UI changes on the Map scene: The UIs of the Tool and Time have been changed. They now take less space than before, reducing the visual block. They can also be expanded/collapsed via hotkeys or by clicking on their buttons
- Quest Tracker optimization: The stuttering issue happening on low-end devices (2-Core CPU or less) has been fixed
- Terminology update: The “Tools” are now called “Utilities”. Items like the Oil Lamp are now also grouped into Utilities and can be used directly via its HUD.
I have also noticed that the latest client build (26082801) was unable to apply the update. This was caused by a missing file during deployment. I have uploaded the fixed build again. If you have already downloaded the faulty build, please redownload and move your save folder to the new one. This build also has the latest update applied.
Dev’s update: In the next patch, there will be an improvement to the flow when swapping Reinforcement Crystals. You will be able to view the effects of the currently equipped crystal to compare with the selected one, giving you more information to decide which one to keep
Dev’s update: Here’s a first look at our brand-new Main Menu!
I’ve spent over a week bringing this screen to life, and I’m really happy with how it turned out. I hope it brings a fresh new feel to the game and makes an even stronger first impression from the very moment players launch it.
Still have to do some minor tweaks though, not 100% done yet
