So I don’t like attack animations creator very much and prefer the old one cause they were simple.
Do you guys have any pixel attack animations that’s already made for MZ that I can use?
Do you mean animations made for MV? If they were made for MZ they would probably be Effekseer files, after all.
It’s not much, but I do have two animations made for MV that I improvised from the RTP. (That site is a bit flaky right now, but hopefully it’ll be running smoothly again soon.)
no MZ, MV allows far more creativity.
I want to do pixelated attacks that are on a sheet and easy to edit.
Tried doing MZ animations before and couldn’t get a perfect clean pixel like in GBA, SNES or SEGA.
I get what looks modern and I don’t want modern I want pixels…
I don’t have anything like that, sorry, though I do know that you can import MV animations.
MZ has the ability to create MV-compatible animation data, which means if you have an img/animations folder (which you can copy off of an MV project, or any animation pack made for MV) you can make your own animations.
If you want to import MV’s animations, you have to copy the Animations.json file in the data folder of an MV project. It looks a little choppy, though. Other than that, any animation pack for MV should work for MZ. I tried importing a few files and they work with MZ’s existing framework.
I think MZ has pixelated animations in its massive DLC repertoire too, so you can check there if you don’t mind throwing more money to the devs.
