TakenDamage filter not working

I configured the filter in the TakenDamage node, but it’s not working.

The flashing setting for TakenDamage is reflected when damage is taken,

so I believe the TakenDamage itself is functioning

(it also triggers sound effects, etc.).

Is there any other setting I need to configure in other nodes to make the filter effect work?

Or is there another possible cause?

Try it. If you are using Sprite2D, open the inspector and look for the “Material” tab. There, “Use Parent Material” should be selected. If you are using Animated2D, you can verify the same thing.
