You’re not really showing enough to figure out what’s wrong, but most likely, the cell you want to see is only assigned to frame one, so it shows for a moment and then vanishes.
By the way, you should also put the MV tag on your post. I can see it’s MV from the app icon, but if you didn’t happen to have that in the screenshot, no-one would’ve been able to guess whether you’re using MV or MZ.
Okay, this might clarify my issue. I’m using a plugin called Visual State Effects. I want the state animation to run seamlessly immediately after the skill animation finishes. sorry i’m very new here

That doesn’t really clarify your issue, but like I said, one of your frames probably doesn’t have a cell assigned to it. Go through them one at a time in the animation editor and make sure there’s a non-dimmed image visible in each one. (If you only see a dimmed image, that’s the after-image of the previous frame, so that’ll be your problem frame.)
Take a look near the end of the GIF. You’ll see a flickering moment, that’s the transition between the skill animation and the state animation. The state animation only has one frame, and that’s the GIF i posted. The skill animation has 16 frames, and this is the image of frame 16 .
Okay, so what you’re saying is that you have two animations playing in a row and you want them to be seamless?
I’m not aware of any way to do that, unfortunately.
