I noticed that the RPG Maker Trinity DLC pack looks to be able to be used with any game development engine. Is that true? Also, are the RPG Maker 3, RPG Maker DS, RPG Maker DS+, and RPG Maker Fes DLC packs available to use in any game development engine?
